The Victoria Cruziana is a particular flower from the Iberá marshes that releases its perfume only for one night in the year. It elevates its temperature to diffuse its fragrance and attract pollinators. Through headspace we are able to obtain the aromatic molecules this flower liberates, whose scent is that of Papaya, Mango, Pineapple and Guava.
